Nick Hiley
Hiley was founded on the belief that property ownership is achievable for anyone willing to work for it.
Nick purchased his first property at just 20 years old and quickly realised he could have purchased a far better property if he had more knowledge. While working in the gas industry, Nick’s passion for property continued to grow, leading him to complete a Bachelor of Business majoring in Property. He later transitioned into property full-time, working as a Development Manager overseeing the acquisition, management and development of commercial projects across Australia.
Nick’s combination of personal, professional and academic knowledge underpins the strategic advice he provides to clients and is the Hiley difference. A passionate advocate for the Gold Coast’s lifestyle and long-term growth, Nick combines high-level strategic thinking with a grounded belief that great outcomes come from careful planning, strong negotiation and genuine dedication.
